In addition to manufacturing carbon/graphite and graphite products, ROC Carbon Company offers raw material blanks to repair shops and end users. Now you have the flexibility to machine your own custom parts from all of our available grades as your needs dictate.

Our material grades have been proven in industrial applications for years and are trusted by original equipment manufacturers. Available sizes for the different grades are listed below.

Graphite
Available in rectangular shapes (up to 18 in x 20 in x 2in), as well as cylindrical rod shapes from 1⁄4-in to 12-in diameters. Other sizes available on special request.

Carbon Graphite (including resin-impregnated seal grades) Available in cylindrical rods from 1.5 in to 14 in OD (various inside diameters) in lengths up to 23 in (not all outside diameters).

Metal-Impregnated (Antimony, Babbitt)
Available in cylindrical rods from 1in to 8 in OD, lengths up to 12 in.

High-Temperature Treatments
Available in rectangular shapes 12 in x 12 in x 5 in, as well as cylindrical shapes per request.
